Our main focus and goal is to provide a positive, safe environment where each student feels like they are part of a team with values, high standards, and achievable goals. This will be accomplished through inspirational coaching, promoting self-esteem, discipline, practical teaching, and character team building. Our vision for Dance Mania is to build teams of loving, caring, dedicated, hardworking, committed, and talented dancers.

Does your child love to twirl, play make believe and dress-up?Then she will LOVE becoming a Princess Ballerina! Each week she’ll hop, skip and twirl through an imaginary adventure!

The program is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. 

Our Competition Teams are for the dancers that want to take dance to another level and experience a competitive atmosphere. Each team requires extensive training, dedication and commitment to the team. 

We are so excited to be the training center for many local middle schools and high schools in our area.

Competitive dance is truly a home away from home and a second family for our children. In addition to the top notch dance training that my daughter receives from Dance Mania, she has also gained enormous confidence, independence and a sense of true camaraderie among her dance peers. 5 years ago we moved to Nashville and from the moment our daughter met Kirstin she knew she found her coach. Kirstin welcomed our daughter with open arms, pushed her to her fullest potential and created a dance family for these girls that feels like a second home. Kirstin’s love and commitment to these girls goes far beyond the stage. She has taught our daughter the meaning of dedication, perseverance, commitment and friendship.
